Q: Do you do worldwide delivery? Yes, we ship internationally to most countries!
Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store? No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store although, if you already have a PayPal account, you can use it.
Q: How secure is this store? This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). The site is hosted by Big Cartel, experts in this sort of thing.
Q: How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated when you go through to the “Cart” (before the “Checkout Now” button) and varies in cost depending on the delivery address and the number of items you order. For our most popular destinations the standard charges are:

If you order more than one item, you will be charged an additional $1 per item for postage regardless of destination.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? For New Zealand orders we use standard NZ Post and you should expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
We send international orders by New Zealand Post, International Air which states 3 to 10 working days for delivery depending on region. At times, with customs, 7 to 15 working days is more realistic.
We aim to process orders on the day they are received and post them the next day. You will receive an email once your order has been received and also when your parcel has been posted.
Q: Can I get my order delivered to another address? Yes, please enter the shipping address in the “Instructions to Merchant” as you go through the Paypal checkout or send us an email with the details via Contact or directly at firstname.lastname@example.org making sure you include your order reference details.
Q: My item hasn’t arrived, what can you do? We’re sorry that your order hasn’t arrived :-( Please contact us once your parcel is overdue so that we are aware there is a problem. However, for now you're going to have to wait until a total of 5 weeks (30 working days) from your date of order has passed before contacting us again to say it still hasn’t arrived. If that’s still the case we’ll look to get a replacement product through to you.
Please note that we cannot deal with any claims of items undelivered more than 60 days from date of order.
Q: Can I exchange my item or get a refund? If you have received an item that you are not happy with, this may be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for New Zealand residents or 21 days for international customers. The item must be undamaged and must reach us in its original unused condition.
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded once they have been received and we can see the damage/defect. At this stage we will also refund your shipping cost.
For any returns due to incorrect sizing, if a replacement is requested, you will be liable for the shipping costs of the new item.

Q: What happens if the size I want isn’t available or has sold out? Get in touch with us via Contact or at email@example.com and put in a request for a reprint of a particular size (or even colour). Because we are a small operation our runs of tees are currently limited to small batches. But we do reprint regularly and are happy to keep you posted as to when your requested item will be in stock again.
Q: How should I take care of my new shirt? Handy instructions are provided on the tags in the collar of the shirt. But as far as kids are concerned, we suggest you dress them in our gear and just let them go for it - crawling, climbing, jumping, sliding, etc our tees love it! ;D
